UNITS 1 - 4 affordable Ozarks Lodging on the White River

Units 1 - 4 are part of a 4-plex right on the river bank on the north end of the property.

These units are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 persons, however a rollaway bed can be added to any of them for a third person if necessary.  (Max 3 persons.)

These units have beautiful pine paneling, and like all of our units are fully furnished with good A/C & heat, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, silverware, paper towels, tin foil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee creamer, coffee filters, some complimentary coffee, towels, washcloths, facial/body soap, a rag drawer for messes, and basic satellite TV.  All units are extremely clean, and are No Smoking & No Pets.

Just outside between unit 4 & 5, we also have a riverside covered pavilion, with charcoal grills and picnic tables, flower beds and a community firepit for gathering outside to cook, eat, meet your neighbors and just relax while you enjoy the view.  There are also stairs by the covered pavilion, providing a shortcut to the boat dock.

As you can see in the pictures below, units 1 - 4 are open floor plan units (no enclosed bedrooms), with units 1 - 3 offering two Twin size beds, and unit 4 offering one Full size bed.  These units each have one bath with a shower.

Units 1 - 4 are similar as you can see...  Unit #4 has a full size bed, whereas 1 - 3 each have two twin beds.
