UNITS 5, 6 & 7 Ozarks accommodations at His Place Resort

Units 5, 6 & 7 are part of a triplex right on the river bank across from the tackle shop.

Units 5 & 6 are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 persons with a maximum of 5, and unit 7 is set up for 6 persons with a maximum of 8.

Unit 5 and 6 are the top units of this triplex, and have large triple windows in the dining room/kitchen area that overlook the river, giving you beautiful views.  They are open floor plan (no enclosed bedrooms) and each has 2 full size beds, and one bath.

Unit 5 has a tub/shower the bathroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room/sleeping area for an additional person.  Unit 6 has a shower in its bathroom, and can have a rollaway bed added for an additional person if necessary.  It also has a gas log fireplace.  Unit 7 is the entire bottom floor of this triplex, has an open floor plan, a gas log fireplace, and a concrete patio outside the sliding glass door which overlooks the river and has its own picnic table and large smoker/grill.  Unit 7 has 6 twin beds and 2 sleeper sofas, with a shower in its bathroom.

And, like all of our units, 5, 6 & 7 are fully furnished with good A/C & heat, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, silverware, paper towels, tin foil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee creamer, coffee filters, some complimentary coffee, towels, washcloths, facial/body soap, a rag drawer for messes, and basic satellite TV.  All units are extremely clean, and are No Smoking & No Pets.

Just outside between unit 4 & 5, we also have a riverside covered pavilion, with charcoal grills and picnic tables, flower beds and a community firepit for gathering outside to cook, eat, meet your neighbors and just relax while you enjoy the view.  There are also stairs by the covered pavilion, providing a shortcut to the boat dock.
