Arkansas IS for the Birds!!!

The Ozarks is home to a great number of birds, but we are especially proud of our Bald Eagles, which hatched 2 chicks in late February!  Just think, you can see them out of the nest across the River, easily visible from the wildlife observation deck! Or enjoy the multiple bird feeders all throughout the resort. For you, we have put together our Birders Special!

In addition to the lodging, your package will include two complimentary copies of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission's booklet, Arkansas Backyard Birds, information on the Wings over Arkansas Program, and Birding Checklists.

Our boats are newer 42 inch models, wider, and very comfortable. Our newer motors are well maintained, easy to start, and very reliable. All boat and motor rentals come with comfortable, padded seats, live wells, large dip net, anchors, throw cushion, life vests, and paddles at no additional charge. Fuel is extra.

Here’s how it works: Spend three nights with us, weekdays or weekends, in any of our lodging units, #1 -- #4, and get three half day John boat and motor rentals for $199 per person weekdays, or $208 per person weekends! (Fuel extra) This rate is based on 2 adults and double occupancy, and there are many upgrade options to choose from, too.
