Cabins at His Place
Cabins 1-4
Cabins 1–4 are a motel-style 4-plex located on the riverbank at the north end of the property. Designed for 2 guests, each cabin is fully furnished with A/C, heat, kitchen appliances, cookware, linens, towels, and basic supplies.
Cabin 1 & Cabin 3 have two twin beds
Cabin 2 has a King bed
Cabin 4 has one full bed
All are clean, non-smoking, and no pets. A nearby riverside pavilion offers grills, picnic tables, a firepit, and easy dock access.
Cabins 5-6
Cabins 5 & 6 are part of a riverside triplex. Designed for 2 guests, they feature open floor plans with two full beds and one bath. Cabin 5 has a tub/shower and loveseat; Cabin 6 has a shower and gas fireplace. Fully furnished with kitchen supplies, linens, A/C, and heat. Non-smoking, no pets. Nearby pavilion offers grills, picnic tables, firepit, and easy dock access.
Cabin 8
Cabin 8 is a standalone home about 75 yards from the river beside Spring Creek. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin sleeps 4. It features a Queen bed in the master and King Bed in the second bedroom (can be converted into two twins). Enjoy a private deck, picnic table, and smoker grill. Fully furnished with kitchen supplies, A/C, heat, WiFi, and Roku TV. Clean, comfortable, non-smoking, and no pets. A footbridge provides easy access to the river.

Cabin 9 is a standalone cabin about 100 yards from the river beside Spring Creek. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath cabin sleeps 4. It features a King bed in the master and King bed in the second bedroom (can be converted into two twins). Enjoy a private deck, picnic table, and smoker grill. Cabin 10 is a standalone cottage right on the river, popular with couples celebrating honeymoons, anniversaries, or quiet getaways. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath cabin sleeps 2. Cabin 11
Cabin 11 is a spacious manufactured home right on the river, popular with larger families and groups. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin comfortably sleeps 8. The master bedroom has King bed (can be converted into two twins) and one Twin bed, the second bedroom has a twin and bunk beds, and the third has a full bed with bunk beds. Enjoy a covered riverside deck with built-in seating, picnic table, grill, and outdoor fireplace. Inside features a large living area, indoor gas fireplace, dishwasher, full kitchen, A/C, heat, WiFi, and Roku TV. Clean, comfortable, non-smoking, and no pets.
Cabin 12
Cabin 12 is a standalone double-wide cabin right on the river with covered decks on both sides and beautiful water views. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin comfortably sleeps 6. The master has a king bed (can split to twins), and the other bedrooms each have a queen and twin. Guests enjoy a large covered deck with patio seating, chiminea fireplace, and smoker grill, plus a convenient mudroom entry with washer and dryer.
