Lodging 1 - 4 affordable Ozarks Lodging on the White River

Lodges 1 - 4 are part of a motel-style 4-plex right on the river bank on the north end of the property.

These lodges are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 persons, but if you bring a cot or twin size air mattress, we will happily supply linens for a 3rd person. (Max 3 persons.)

These lodges have beautiful pine paneling, and like all of our accommodations are fully furnished with good A/C & heat, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, silverware, paper towels, tin foil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee creamer, coffee filters, some complimentary coffee, towels, washcloths, facial/body soap. All lodging is extremely clean, and is No Smoking & No Pets.

The phone company remotely manages our fiber optic WIFI system with 24/7 Tech support.  We now have excellent WIFI coverage in all lodging, and offer both Free and Premium WIFI. This installation allowed us to add Roku internet TV's with Sling TV throughout the resort.  Stream your own content from home if you subscribe to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video or AT&T TV now. Just login with your own credentials.

Just outside between Lodges 4 & 5, we also have a riverside covered pavilion, with charcoal grills and picnic tables and a community firepit for gathering outside to cook, eat, meet your neighbors and just relax while you enjoy the view.  There are also stairs by the covered pavilion, providing a shortcut to the boat dock.

Lodges 1 - 4 are open floor plan (no enclosed bedrooms), with Lodges 1 - 3 offering two Twin size beds, and Lodge 4 offering one Full size bed.  These each have one bath with a shower.
